What is raw denim and how should I care for it?
Raw denim is unwashed, untreated fabric that molds to your body over time. We recommend wearing your jeans for at least 6 months before the first wash to achieve unique, high-contrast fades. When cleaning, hand wash cold and hang to dry.
Do you offer hemming services for online orders?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming on our Union Special machines. Please note that once a pair of jeans is hemmed, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I know which size to choose?
Sizing varies significantly between our different fits (Super Guy, Weird Guy, Easy Guy). We provide a detailed size chart for every product. We recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already own and comparing those dimensions to our charts.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. As mentioned, custom-hemmed items and final sale products are excluded from this policy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Are your products made in Canada or Japan?
We use the world's finest denim fabrics sourced exclusively from Japan. All of our jeans are then ethically cut and sewn in our own manufacturing facility in Canada.
