At Naked & Famous Denim NYC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your heavy-duty denim. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 21 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your denim is in its original condition with all tags attached and has not been hemmed or customized through our shop services.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the return at our NYC storefront, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
